Tariff Exposure Snapshot

See what tariffs really cost you, SKU by SKU, and what to do in the next 90 days.

In two weeks we map your duty exposure by product, supplier and country of origin, test the options that cut it, and turn the answer into an operating plan: what to re-source, re-price, re-route or hold. Built by operators, working alongside your customs broker.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Do you replace our customs broker?

No. We work alongside your licensed broker. Classification questions we find go to them to confirm; we focus on the operating and sourcing decisions.

What data do you need?

Twelve months of import entry data (your broker or ACE reports), bills of materials for affected products, and your supplier list with terms.

Tariffs keep changing. Is a snapshot still useful?

Yes. The model is built with scenarios, so you can see what each rate change does to landed cost and margin and update it as rules move.

What comes after the snapshot?

Most clients act on the top ten list with their own team. If re-sourcing is on the table, the Supplier Diversification & Landed-Cost Study takes it further.
