Clear terms for everything you can buy or book on caiwoodgroup.com.

These terms apply to purchases and paid bookings made on www.caiwoodgroup.com from Caiwood LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Caiwood X ("Caiwood X," "we," "us"). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Print-and-play games, kits, playbooks and templates are delivered instantly after payment through a download link on the confirmation page. Because digital files can't be returned, digital sales are final once delivered. If a file is missing, corrupted or not what was described, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Your purchase includes a license to use the materials inside your own organization. Please don't resell or publicly redistribute them. For white-label or multi-company use, ask about custom editions.
Printed editions ship to U.S. addresses only. Pre-orders are charged when you order and ship when the edition is ready; we'll email you an estimated ship date and tracking. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
The deposit reserves your date and is credited in full toward the Game Day fee. If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 30 days, you can reschedule once to a date within six months at no charge.
Paid sessions are booked on our live calendar and charged at booking. You'll receive a calendar invite with a Microsoft Teams link. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or a new time. Missed sessions and cancellations inside 24 hours are not refundable. If a time slot is no longer available when your payment completes, your payment is refunded automatically.
The free 45-minute discovery call carries no cost or obligation. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Promotion codes can't be exchanged for cash.
Our tools and sessions are educational and are not a guarantee of specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
