What happens when I cancel?
Monthly: everything you unlocked stays yours, including the personalized PDFs you downloaded. You just stop getting new unlocks and kits. Annual: your download links and kits stay open until the end of the year you paid for.
What does "personalized edition" mean?
Each game you unlock is built for your team: your organization's name and logo on print-ready PDFs licensed to you. For an edition written around a specific event, add an Event Edition.
Can I use the games with clients?
The Vault license covers use inside your own organization. For facilitating with clients or other companies, ask about facilitator certification.
Can I pay by invoice?
For the annual plan, yes: email transform@caiwoodgroup.com and we'll send an invoice for $490.
