Exit Readiness Assessment

See your company the way a buyer will, before a buyer does.

In three to four weeks, two senior operators score how ready your business is to sell, recapitalize or pass on. You get the gaps a buyer would find, what they could cost you in value, and a 90-day plan to close the ones that matter most.

What we assess

Six areas a buyer will test.

Operations & margin

Process stability, cost to serve, and where margin leaks.

Owner dependence

Which decisions, customers and know-how still run through you.

Management depth

Whether the team can run the business without you, with clear roles.

Concentration

Customer, supplier and key-person risk a buyer will discount.

Reporting & KPIs

Monthly close, plan versus actual, and numbers a buyer can trust.

Systems & documentation

SOPs, contracts and data rooms that survive diligence.

What you get

FAQ

Before you ask.

How is this different from a valuation or a QoE?

A valuation puts a number on the business and a quality-of-earnings report tests the financials. We look at the operations behind both: what a buyer will discount, and what you can fix before a sale.

What do you need from us?

Two to three hours of the owner's time, interviews with up to six leaders, a site walk, and the last 24 months of financials and operating reports.

What happens after the readout?

The 90-day plan is yours to keep. If you want help closing the gaps, the Value Acceleration Program picks up from the plan and the $9,500 is credited in full.

Is it confidential?

Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before the data request, and nothing is shared with a banker, buyer or anyone else without your written OK.
