Diligence + 100-Day Plan
From the data room to day 100 with one team.
The same senior operators who diligence the deal build the 100-day plan with management after close. Nothing gets lost between the IC memo and the first board meeting, and the red flags we found become owned actions on day one.

Before you ask.
What if the deal doesn't close?
You pay for the diligence phase only, at the $30,000 Operational Due Diligence price. The 100-day plan work starts only at close.
Who builds the plan, you or management?
Management owns it. We build it with them in the first 30 days so the targets are theirs, then help run it if you want.
What does the post-close support cost?
$12,500 a month for an operating partner working with management, month to month after the first 100 days.
Do multi-site targets or carve-outs cost more?
Yes: $55,000 to $65,000, depending on sites and the stand-alone work a carve-out needs.
