AI Ops Agents

The weekly reports, chases and briefs, done before you get in.

We build, run and tune AI agents that take the repetitive analysis and follow-up off your operations team: the plan-versus-actual brief, the exceptions list, the supplier chase, the board-pack narrative. Each agent works from your data with your access rules, and a person approves anything that leaves the building.

What it is not
  • Not a customer-facing chatbot
  • Not autonomous: a person approves anything sent outside
  • Not software you maintain: we run and tune it
FAQ

Before you ask.

Is our data safe?

Each agent works only with the data and access you grant, and a person approves anything sent outside your company. We document what each agent can see and do.

What's the difference between standard and advanced?

Standard agents read reports and email and write briefs. Advanced agents connect to your ERP or CRM and prepare actions, such as purchase-order follow-ups, for a person to approve.

What does setup cover?

Mapping the data, building and testing the agent on your real reports, and training the people who will use it. $4,500 to $7,500 depending on the number of data sources.

What happens after six months?

Month to month. We tune each agent monthly and report the hours and issues it handled.
