Nearshoring / Mexico Site Feasibility

Decide on Mexico with a total-cost model, not a labor-rate headline.

In six to eight weeks we test whether moving production or assembly to Mexico pays, and where. You get a total-cost model against your current footprint, a three-site shortlist, the shelter and own-entity options compared, and a launch timeline, so the board decision rests on numbers your team can defend.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Which regions do you look at?

The shortlist comes from your requirements. Common options include Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Nuevo León, Coahuila and the Bajío.

Do you work with shelter companies?

We compare shelter providers and contract manufacturers on fit and cost. We take no commission, and any relationship is disclosed in writing.

Do we visit the sites?

Yes. Weeks five and six usually include a three-to-four-day visit to the shortlisted locations with your team. Travel is billed at cost.

What if Mexico doesn't pay?

Then the model shows it, and why. A clear no-go saves far more than the study costs.
