From day one, I knew I wanted to consult, lead, and improve. But I also knew I needed more than ambition — I needed depth. So I grew up in the corporate world, taking on roles across healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and distribution — from leadership development and employee experience to patient satisfaction, marketing and brand, operational excellence, and revenue strategy. I lived the realities of local teams and corporate offices, not-for-profit missions and private equity mandates. Along the way, I partnered with big-box consulting firms, seeing both the value they offered and the gaps they left behind.
